How long will it take to get my gear?
Because every item is custom-printed on demand just for you, your order goes through two phases:

Production (2–5 business days): Your item is printed, quality-checked, and packed.

Shipping: Once picked up by the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), delivery times depend on your location, but standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. You will receive an automated tracking link the second your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Our system sends order files directly to automated printing queues to get your gear to you as fast as possible. Because of this automation, we cannot cancel, halt, or modify an order (including size or color changes) once it enters production. Please double-check your cart choices carefully before hitting submit.
What is your return policy?
Since we do not hold inventory and every single product is custom-printed to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or changing your mind.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We stand behind our quality standards. If your gear arrives physically broken, torn, or with a severe printing error, we will gladly issue a replacement or a refund. You must email us at info@ontrailmarketing.com within 20 calendar days of delivery with your Order Number and clear photos of the issue. Do not mail items back to the return address on the shipping box, as those go to automated fulfillment centers that cannot process claims.
Can I get a bulk discount for a large order?
